User Data Deletion Instructions

SANGI Tech Auto Response stores data you connect from Facebook, WhatsApp, Gmail, WordPress, and Shopify in order to generate auto-replies on your behalf. You can request full deletion of your data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in at saiautomation.lovable.app/auth.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, bots, connected channels (Facebook, WhatsApp, Gmail, WordPress, Shopify), training data, messages, and API keys.

Option 2 — Email request

1. Email info@sangitech.com from the address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my data.
3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• All Facebook / Meta page tokens, WhatsApp numbers, Gmail tokens, WordPress and Shopify connections.
• All messages, comments, contacts, and conversation history we stored to generate replies.
• All bot configurations, prompts, training documents, and API keys.

Some anonymized logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention, after which they are permanently purged.
