We provide tools to automate replies on WhatsApp, email, websites, Facebook, WordPress, and Shopify. AI replies may be generated by third-party models you choose.
You are responsible for activity under your account, the accuracy of training data you upload, and complying with the terms of any third-party platforms you connect (Meta, Google, Shopify, etc.).
Don't use the Service to send spam, harass users, violate platform policies, or process illegal content.
AI-generated replies may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing automation rules and intervening when needed.
You can stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
